  • full payment (100% pre-payment) is required 14 days prior to the event.

  • refunds and cancellations are not applicable for private events.

    • we accept payment via bank transfer.

    • we accept zbooni payments with a surcharge of 5%

  • booking is confirmed only after full payment is received and a confirmation receipt is issued.

  • rescheduling is not applicable for private events.

  • to secure a booking a minimum guarantee of 8 people must be made with an upward maximum of 12 guests.

    1. prices are valid only at the host’s venue, if event is to take place at another venue, there is will be a surcharge for the following:

    • aed 119 for transportion and logistics

    • aed 19 per person for crockery / cutlery / glassware
