hello there,

i'm Varun Menghani, a Dubai-born third-culture Chef excited to share my culinary journey with you! Over the past decade, I've explored flavors from around the world, blending them with my cultural roots to create something unique.

at sabah dining, I bring together the best of my experiences, starting from my mom's kitchen in Dubai to cities across the globe. Join me for a culinary adventure that's been seven years in the making - it's a feast you won't forget!
